To provide oversight of Partner Relations by developing strategy, coordinating communication, and ensuring aligned efforts that are executed with excellence and result in stewardship of all ministry partners.
Line of Authority:
The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Partner Relations Manager will provide oversight for the Relations Administrator and the Charis Bible Study lead.
Line of Accountability:
The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Partner Relations Manager will report to the Andrew Wommack Ministries Director. The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Partner Relations Manager is subject to all policies and procedures established by World Outreach.
Responsibilities
Duties General:
The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Partner Relations Manager will, in collaboration with Marketing, develop and lead the strategy for partner retention and re-engagement. They will oversee the Partner Relations team and serve as the primary face of the ministry to partners, ensuring all engagement efforts align with ministry goals and values.
Duties Specific:
Develop and lead partner retention and re-engagement strategies in collaboration with Marketing to support sustainable revenue growth.
Track and report on key partner metrics (growth, retention, cancellations, decreases, increases, re-engagements) to monitor performance and adjust tactics in alignment with ministry goals.
Oversee and implement the partner communication plan, ensuring all partners are thanked, updated, acknowledged, and well-stewarded on a consistent basis.
Analyze and share partner feedback and trends with Marketing and Leadership to inform campaign direction and ministry decision-making.
Serve as the primary representative of partner engagement, including direct calls, event participation, and special ministry requests.
Supervise the Partner Relations Administrator and call team, ensuring alignment with strategy and the heart of the ministry, while also maintaining data accuracy and quality execution.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner-facing campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and strategic donor touchpoints.
Identify and act on opportunities for pledge increases and reactivation, using data insights to guide proactive outreach.
Coordinate the partner experience across ministry events, ensuring pre-, during-, and post-event engagement is thoughtful and seamless.
Stay current on Andrew’s teachings and ministry updates to ensure all partner communications are timely and aligned.
Ensure timely and personal follow-up on all partner inquiries, outreach, and ministry-initiated calls.
Participate in relevant trainings and incorporate updates into team processes and strategy.
Qualifications
Must be in agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
Must have a background in management and partner (donor) relations.
Must have good communication skills and work well with other people.
Must be a strategic thinker with strong follow-through and systems mindset.
Experience with CRM systems.
Heart for Christ-centered partner experiences.
Must be a current Charis Bible College student or alumni and an active partner with the ministry.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Guidelines / Expectations
Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Partner Relations will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the employee “Code of Conduct” portion of the directives. They will maintain a professional relationship with each of the people they oversee while operating within the scope of their positions.
The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Partner Relations Manager will ensure that their line of accountability is aware of and follows all policies and procedures established by World Outreach.
