Description

Position Purpose:

  • The Charis Bible Studies Volunteer will assist the Partner Relations Manager with following up with all CBS Group Leader applications and scheduled zoom calls with new CBS Group Leaders. This role will assist in providing support and direction to the CBS Group Leaders.

Line of Authority:

  • The Charis Bible Studies Volunteer will assist the Partner Relations Manager with Charis Bible studies.
Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

  • Assist Charis Bible Studies Group Leaders with direction and guidance to be effective and efficient in their responsibilities.
  • To direct any Charis Bible Studies Group Leader and/or Charis Bible Studies participant issues, behavioral concerns to the Partner Manager.
  • Be available to Charis Bible Studies Group Leaders for coaching and meeting.
  • To support the improvement and development of Charis Bible Studies that further the mission and vision of AWMC.
Qualifications
  • Must have completed 2 years of training at a recognized Charis Bible College campus location.
  • Must agree with the vision statement and doctrinal statement of Charis Bible College and Andrew Wommack Ministries.
  • Must demonstrate mature Christian behaviour and have excellent relational skills.
  • Must have ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must demonstrate mastery of using Biblical principles in enforcing policies.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with people from various cultures, demographics, and backgrounds.
  • Must be able to encourage and exhort the participants with a genuine heart of ministry.
  • Must demonstrate ability to manage time well.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ministry, supervisory and leadership experience is required.
Guidelines / Expectations
  • The Charis Bible Studies Volunteer will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry.
  • They will be held to the standards outlined in the employee “Code of Conduct” portion of the directives. They will maintain a professional relationship with each of Charis Bible Studies Group Leaders and Charis Bible study participants while operating within the scope of their positions.
